As Clickpesa is a subject to compliance of Tanzanian Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, the retention period set for a reporting person is a minimum of 10 years from the date:

1. when all activities relating to a transaction or a series of linked transactions were completed;
2. when the business relationship was formally ended; or
3. where the business relationship was not formally ended but when the last transaction was carried out.
