In case you forgot your password click on “Forgot Password?” in the login section which takes you to the reset password section. Fill in the email you use for your account to reset your password and click on the “Reset” button.
After clicking on the “Reset” button you will receive an e-mail with further instructions to reset your password. Check your inbox (sometimes they end up in spam) and click on the reset password button in the e-mail to proceed. If you didn’t requested a password reset and receive this email, simply ignore the email and please let us know immediately.
After clicking the button you will be redirected to a screen in your browser to reset your password. Enter your e-mail for verification together with a new password and click on the button “reset password”.
In case you successfully changed your password, you will be additionally notified via e-mail.
In case you received this e-mail without resetting your password, please contact us immediately.
In case above message shows when filling in your e-mail and new password, you might have filled in the wrong e-mail. Double check this and if the failure message persists please contact us immediately.
